Celtic have agreed a deal to offload summer signing Hayato Inamura just a year after his arrival, according to a new report. The Japanese defender managed only one first-team appearance for the club before being shipped out on loan in January, just six months after signing a four-year deal. Inamura, 24, joined Celtic from Albirex Niigata for around £250,000 but struggled to make an impact in Glasgow, sealing a January switch to FC Tokyo. Now, according to reports in Japan, Celtic have struck an agreement with Tokyo to make the move permanent in a deal worth around €1.5million (around £1.3million). Inamura's club is set to land a significant profit on the defender despite his lack of first-team involvement. He previously admitted his frustration at the lack of opportunities during his time at Parkhead. He said: “I didn’t expect it to be so tough to get opportunities. I just want to play regularly and show what I can do.”
