Celtic Football Club has unveiled its new home kit for the 2026-27 season, designed by adidas, to commemorate the 60th anniversary of their historic European Cup win. This iconic kit features the traditional green and white hoops, accented with a gold crest and sponsor logos, celebrating the legendary 1966-67 squad that triumphed over Inter Milan with a 2-1 victory in Lisbon. The gold crest, adorned with '60º ANIVERSÁRIO', symbolizes this significant milestone in Celtic's history. Authentic jerseys will feature a lenticular heat-transferred crest, while replicas will have an embroidered version. The design includes white raglan sleeves with a green hoop and adidas's signature three stripes. The accompanying white shorts and socks complete the classic look, with green stripes and the Celtic wordmark prominently displayed. Supporters can pre-order the new kits through Celtic's online store, with deliveries starting on May 14. As Celtic celebrates this anniversary, they are also in a competitive race for the 2025-26 Scottish Premiership title, currently trailing Heart of Midlothian by three points with crucial matches ahead, including a derby against Rangers FC and the Scottish Cup final against Dunfermline Athletic.
